  1. Peel the apple and the cucumber and cut them into small pieces and put them in a bowl.
  2. Cut the shallot into small pieces and them to the apple and the cucumber.
  3. Add the yoghurt, ice cubes en 1 TBSP of olive oil.
  4. Use a (hand) blender to mix all the ingredients together until you have a mixture with a smooth texture.
  5. Serve in small glasses and add 1-2 drops of Tabasco on top.
  6. If you are not serving it right away, store in a fridge until you do.
Recipe Notes

Tip: Don’t like Tabasco? No problem, just leave it out and add some leaves of fresh mint instead!
