Instructions
  1. Remove the liquid from the can and put the artichoke hearts in a bowl.
  2. Add the parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Add a pinch of salt and some pepper.
  4. Using a hand blender, blend the mixture until smooth.
  5. Let it cool for 20-30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Recipe Notes

Tip: for some extra punch, you can add some tabasco or chillies.
