Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts roughly 6-8 pieces
- 2 TBSP grated parmesan cheese
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- Remove the liquid from the can and put the artichoke hearts in a bowl.
- Add the parmesan cheese and 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
- Add a pinch of salt and some pepper.
- Using a hand blender, blend the mixture until smooth.
- Let it cool for 20-30 minutes in the fridge before serving.
Recipe Notes
Tip: for some extra punch, you can add some tabasco or chillies.
