Bacon and Ricotta filled Mushrooms

- 12 large mushrooms
- 100 gr. Ricotta 3.5 oz.
- 50 gr. bacon 2 oz. finely sliced and diced
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (356 fahrenheit).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalks.
- In a pan, add some drops of olive oil and bake the finely sliced and diced bacon.
- When done, put the bacon in a bowl and mix with the ricotta and some black pepper.
- Using a spoon, carefully fill the mushrooms with the bacon/ricotta mix and put them on a baking tray.
- Bake for about 10 minutes and serve while warm.

Tip: you can experiment with the ingredients. Are you a vegetarian? Use sun dried tomatoes instead of bacon!
