  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celsius (356 fahrenheit).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stalks.
  3. In a pan, add some drops of olive oil and bake the finely sliced and diced bacon.
  4. When done, put the bacon in a bowl and mix with the ricotta and some black pepper.
  5. Using a spoon, carefully fill the mushrooms with the bacon/ricotta mix and put them on a baking tray.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes and serve while warm.

Tip: you can experiment with the ingredients. Are you a vegetarian? Use sun dried tomatoes instead of bacon!
