Beetroot Chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 120C (248 F).
Wash the beetroots and cut them into thin slices, using a grater.
Place the thinly sliced beetroot on parchment paper and sprinkle lightly with oil and salt, pepper and thyme.
Place the beetroot slices with the parchment paper into the preheated oven and leave it for about 1:30 hours.
Be sure to check periodically and also check frequently during the last 20 mins - you do not want to burn them.
When they are done, remove them from the oven and season a bit more while they are hot.
Let them cool down and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Tip: you try other herbs for seasoning such as rosemary and you can prepare various dips to go with the beetroot chips!
