Bread with Bacon and Cream Cheese (Montados con Beicon y Queso)

Ingredients
- 6 slices Crusty bread like baguette
- 150 gr. diced bacon 5 oz.
- 200 gr. cream cheese 7 oz.
- Dried oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
- cherry tomatoes
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- In a frying pan, fry the diced bacon with 1 tbsp of olive oil until almost crispy.
- Remove and let it cool for a couple of minute.
- In a bowl, mix the bacon and the cream cheese using a fork.
- Add some dried oregano to the mixture.
- Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread and decorate with some cherry tomatoes that you have cut in half.
- Sprinkle some oregano, black pepper and olive oil on top for decoration.
Recipe Notes
Tip: No oregano available? Try basil instead.
