Bread with Bacon and Cream Cheese (Montados con Beicon y Queso)
Extra virgin olive oil
In a frying pan, fry the diced bacon with 1 tbsp of olive oil until almost crispy.
Remove and let it cool for a couple of minute.
In a bowl, mix the bacon and the cream cheese using a fork.
Add some dried oregano to the mixture.
Spread the mixture onto the slices of bread and decorate with some cherry tomatoes that you have cut in half.
Sprinkle some oregano, black pepper and olive oil on top for decoration.
Tip: No oregano available? Try basil instead.
