  1. In a preheated oven, bake the garlic gloves with some oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove and them cool down a bit.
  3. Cut the tomato in half and rub it onto the slices of bread. Sprinkle some olive oil on top.
  4. Add the slices of Manchego and add a glove of garlic (remove the skin first).
  5. Sprinkle some olive oil on top and serve.
Recipe Notes

Tip: you can replace the Manchego with another hard cheese.
