Bread with Manchego Cheese and Garlic (Montados con Manchego y Ajo)

Ingredients
- 8-12 slices Manchego Cheese
- 4 slices Crusty bread rolls or baquette
- 4-6 cloves garlic
- 1 tomato
- Extra virgin olive oil

Instructions
- In a preheated oven, bake the garlic gloves with some oil for 10 minutes.
- Remove and them cool down a bit.
- Cut the tomato in half and rub it onto the slices of bread. Sprinkle some olive oil on top.
- Add the slices of Manchego and add a glove of garlic (remove the skin first).
- Sprinkle some olive oil on top and serve.
Recipe Notes
Tip: you can replace the Manchego with another hard cheese.
