Bread with Manchego Cheese and Garlic (Montados con Manchego y Ajo)
rolls or baquette
Extra virgin olive oil
In a preheated oven, bake the garlic gloves with some oil for 10 minutes.
Remove and them cool down a bit.
Cut the tomato in half and rub it onto the slices of bread. Sprinkle some olive oil on top.
Add the slices of Manchego and add a glove of garlic (remove the skin first).
Sprinkle some olive oil on top and serve.
Tip: you can replace the Manchego with another hard cheese.
