Bread with rubbed tomato and jamon (Spanish ham)

Ingredients
- 4 slices jamon Spanish ham
- 4 slices Crusty bread like baguette
- 1 tomato
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- Cut the tomato in half and rub it onto the slices of bread.
- Discard the remainder of the tomato.
- Sprinkle some olive oil on top.
- Add the slices of ham and season with salt and black pepper.
