Instructions
  1. Wash the carrots and cut them lengthways into thin slices. Its easiest to use a slicer.
  2. Blanche the carrots in boiling water for about 1 minute.
  3. Cut the parsley and basil and mix with 2 Tbsp of olive oil.
  4. Skewer the carrots in such a way that they look like an accordion.
  5. Sprinkle the oil/herbs mix onto them as well as some black pepper and sea salt.
  6. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze it out over the carrots.
Recipe Notes

Tip: you can use different herbs for a different taste. For example, coriander and mint are also a surprising combination!
