- 50 gr Parmesan cheese
- 50 gr Cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 220C (428 F). Grate each cheese, but don’t mix them.
- Place small mounts of grated cheese on the parchment paper.
- Put the parchment paper with the cheese mounts in the preheated oven. Let the cheese melt for about 1 minute, then remove the parchment paper with the melted cheese.
- Using a spatula, carefully remove the melted cheese when its almost hardened.
- You can carefully remove any excess fat left on the cheese chips with kitchen towels.
Recipe Notes
Tip: you can also use these cheese chips to add flavor to your salads and of course you can also use other types of hard cheeses.
