  1. Preheat oven to 220C (428 F). Grate each cheese, but don’t mix them.
  2. Place small mounts of grated cheese on the parchment paper.
  3. Put the parchment paper with the cheese mounts in the preheated oven. Let the cheese melt for about 1 minute, then remove the parchment paper with the melted cheese.
  4. Using a spatula, carefully remove the melted cheese when its almost hardened.
  5. You can carefully remove any excess fat left on the cheese chips with kitchen towels.

Tip: you can also use these cheese chips to add flavor to your salads and of course you can also use other types of hard cheeses.
