Creamy Salmon-Shrimp Spread

Ingredients
- 150 gr. smoked salmon 5.5 oz.
- 100 gr. cooked and peeled shrimps 3.5 oz.
- 100 gr. plain cream cheese 3.5 oz.
- 1 spring onion
- Fresh Parsley
- 1 lemon
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- Dice the salmon and shrimps into small pieces.
- Cut the spring onion into thin slices.
- Cut some fresh parsley until you have about 1 heaped Tbsp full.
- Put the salmon, shrimps, spring onion and parsley into a bowl.
- Add the cream cheese and the juice of the lemon.
- Season with some black pepper.
- Using a fork, mix all the ingredients.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes and remove just before serving.
Recipe Notes
Tip: in order to add more flavor you can add some capers or try different types of cream cheese.
