  1. Dice the salmon and shrimps into small pieces.
  2. Cut the spring onion into thin slices.
  3. Cut some fresh parsley until you have about 1 heaped Tbsp full.
  4. Put the salmon, shrimps, spring onion and parsley into a bowl.
  5. Add the cream cheese and the juice of the lemon.
  6. Season with some black pepper.
  7. Using a fork, mix all the ingredients.
  8. Leave to cool in the fridge for about 20 minutes and remove just before serving.
Recipe Notes

Tip: in order to add more flavor you can add some capers or try different types of cream cheese.
