  1. Squeeze the lime and put its juice into a bowl.
  2. Add the meat of the avocados to the bowl.
  3. Cut the onion, tomato and coriander and add it to the bowl.
  4. Use a hand blender until all ingredients are blended smoothly.
  5. After you have blended all the ingredients, put the guacamole in the refrigerator and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
Recipe Notes

Tip: in order to make it more exotic, you can add chillies and other spices to the mix. If you do not have a hand blender, you can also crush the ingredients and mix them by hand.
