Ham and Fruit Salad (Ensalada de Jamon y Frutas)
A nice take on a classic fruit salad. The combination of ham, feta, melon, mango and avocado works surprisingly well.
Serve as a starter or to complement meat dishes.
Great on its own on a hot summer’s day.
