  1. Cut the different types of ham into strips.
  2. Dice the cantaloupe melon, the mango and the avocado.
  3. Cut the feta cheese into small slices.
  4. Cut the chives.
  5. Set aside 4 slices of ham per plate, you will need them for decoration later.
  6. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, be careful not to squash them.
  7. Add some yoghurt dressing, salt and pepper.
  8. Serve the salad on separate plates and decorate each plate with the strips of ham.
