  1. For this, you mix 2 Tbsp of olive oil with the balsamic vinegar and the mustard. Add a pinch of salt and some pepper.
  2. Roast the pine nuts for 2-3 minutes in a frying pan (without oil or fat) until they are golden brown.
  3. Cut the pineapple, ham, feta and basil into small pieces and mix them in a bowl.
  4. Add the roasted pine nuts (let them cool down a little first) and the vinaigrette.
  5. Serve in small glasses decorated with some rucola.
Recipe Notes

Tip: looking to change the taste completely? Use curry powder or ginger in the vinaigrette. You can also exchange the cooked ham for cured ham.
