Ham, Walnuts and Cream Cheese Brochettes

Ingredients
- 4-5 slices cooked ham (depending on size)
- 100 gr. cream cheese 3.5 oz.
- A handful of walnuts
- Some chives
- Black Pepper
- Skewers

Instructions
- Chop or crush the walnuts into little pieces.
- Cut a couple of stalks of chives.
- Mix the cream cheese with the walnuts and chives.
- Add some black pepper according to taste.
- Spread some cheese mixture on the slices of ham and make them into rolls.
- Put the ham rolls in the fridge for about 1 hour.
- This will make them harder and easier to cut.
- Cut them into about 1/2 inch size pieces and put them on the skewers.
- Serve with some fresh bread.
Recipe Notes
Tip: Want a different taste? Try cured ham instead or mix some other spices with the cream cheese.
