  1. Chop or crush the walnuts into little pieces.
  2. Cut a couple of stalks of chives.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the walnuts and chives.
  4. Add some black pepper according to taste.
  5. Spread some cheese mixture on the slices of ham and make them into rolls.
  6. Put the ham rolls in the fridge for about 1 hour.
  7. This will make them harder and easier to cut.
  8. Cut them into about 1/2 inch size pieces and put them on the skewers.
  9. Serve with some fresh bread.
Recipe Notes

Tip: Want a different taste? Try cured ham instead or mix some other spices with the cream cheese.
