Ingredients
- 4 slices jamon Spanish ham
- 1 green paprika
- 4 small bread rolls
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Tumaca sauca

Instructions
- Clean and cut the green paprika into slices.
- Lightly fry them in olive oil for several minutes until they are nice and soft.
- Remove them and put aside to cool down.
- Cut the bread rolls in half, sprinkle a couple drops of olive oil on them and lightly butter them with the tumaca sauce.
- Add some salt, and the ham as well as fried the green paprika.
Recipe Notes
Tip: don’t have any green paprika? Try a different paprika or you can also leave it out completely.
