Iberico Sandwiches (with Spanish Ham) – Bocatas Ibericos

Extra virgin olive oil
Clean and cut the green paprika into slices.
Lightly fry them in olive oil for several minutes until they are nice and soft.
Remove them and put aside to cool down.
Cut the bread rolls in half, sprinkle a couple drops of olive oil on them and lightly butter them with the tumaca sauce.
Add some salt, and the ham as well as fried the green paprika.
Tip: don’t have any green paprika? Try a different paprika or you can also leave it out completely.
