Lettuce with Shrimps in Cognac Sauce (Ensalada con Gambas al Conac)

Instructions
  1. Fry the shrimps together with the garlic in some olive oil.
  2. Remove and let cool down.
  3. In a bowl, mix the mayonaise, ketchup, mustard, cognac, Worcestershire sauce and tabasco together until you have an evenly pink coloured mixture.
  4. Take four plates and distribute the lettuce on them.
  5. On top of the lettuce, place a generous amount of pink sauce you have just prepared.
  6. Take 4-6 (depending on size) shrimps gently put them on top of the pink sauce.
  7. Decorate with some fresh parsley and coarsely ground black pepper.
