Pinchos with Shrimps and smoked Salmon (Pinchos de Gambas y Salmon)
Tasty and refreshing combination. The shrimps and smoked salmon work great together with the cream cheese.
Be careful not to use too much salmon as the taste of smoked salmon can overwhelm the taste of the shrimps.
Create a spicy combination by adding some chili to the cream cheese!
