Pinchos with Tomato and Mozarella (Pinchos o Banderillas de Tomate y Mozzarella)
A Mediterranean classic. Perfect appetizer that goes with virtually everything!
For a spicy twist, add some drops of tabasco to the mixture.

Ingredients
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 6 pieces Small balls of mozzarella cheese alternatively, cut a large mozzarella into pieces
- Oregano
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Skewers

Instructions
- Skewer one cherry tomato, followed by a ball of mozzarella cheese and another cherry tomato.
- If it doesn’t fit, cut one of the cherry tomato in half and use halves.
- In a bowl, mix some olive oil with the oregano as well as some salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle this oily mixture over the pinchos.
