For a spicy twist, add some drops of tabasco to the mixture.

Instructions
  1. Skewer one cherry tomato, followed by a ball of mozzarella cheese and another cherry tomato.
  2. If it doesn’t fit, cut one of the cherry tomato in half and use halves.
  3. In a bowl, mix some olive oil with the oregano as well as some salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle this oily mixture over the pinchos.
