Pinchos with Tomato and Mozarella (Pinchos o Banderillas de Tomate y Mozzarella)
Small balls of mozzarella cheese
alternatively, cut a large mozzarella into pieces
Extra virgin olive oil
Skewer one cherry tomato, followed by a ball of mozzarella cheese and another cherry tomato.
If it doesn’t fit, cut one of the cherry tomato in half and use halves.
In a bowl, mix some olive oil with the oregano as well as some salt and pepper.
Sprinkle this oily mixture over the pinchos.
