Pintxos with Spanish Ham and Salami (Pintxos de Jamon y Salchichon)

Ingredients
- 8 slices Salchichon Spanish salami
- 4 slices jamon Spanish ham
- 8 slices Crusty bread like baguette
- 2-3 tomatoes depending on size
- cream cheese
- Cured cheese like feta
- Pitted Olives
- Extra virgine olive oil
- Oregano
- Salt
- Toothpicks

Instructions
- Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
- Season them with oregano and salt.
- Spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto the slices of bread.
- Add the diced tomatoes.
For the slices with ham:
- Take a piece of jamon and put a piece of cured cheese on top.
- Roll this into a nice little roll and add this on top of the slice of bread.
- Stick an olive onto a toothpick and stick the whole thing through the roll of jamon and the bread.
For the slices with salami:
- Take a piece of feta and put this on top of the bread with the chopped tomatoes.
- Stick an olive onto a toothpick.
- Roll the salami and stick onto the toothpick, then use the toothpick to pinch the cheese and the bread.
