Pintxos with Spanish Ham and Salami (Pintxos de Jamon y Salchichon)

  1. Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Season them with oregano and salt.
  3. Spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto the slices of bread.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes.
For the slices with ham:
  1. Take a piece of jamon and put a piece of cured cheese on top.
  2. Roll this into a nice little roll and add this on top of the slice of bread.
  3. Stick an olive onto a toothpick and stick the whole thing through the roll of jamon and the bread.
For the slices with salami:
  1. Take a piece of feta and put this on top of the bread with the chopped tomatoes.
  2. Stick an olive onto a toothpick.
  3. Roll the salami and stick onto the toothpick, then use the toothpick to pinch the cheese and the bread.
