Pintxos with Spanish Ham and Salami (Pintxos de Jamon y Salchichon)

Extra virgine olive oil
Dice the tomatoes into small pieces.
Season them with oregano and salt.
Spread a thick layer of cream cheese onto the slices of bread.
Add the diced tomatoes.
For the slices with ham:
Take a piece of jamon and put a piece of cured cheese on top.
Roll this into a nice little roll and add this on top of the slice of bread.
Stick an olive onto a toothpick and stick the whole thing through the roll of jamon and the bread.
For the slices with salami:
Take a piece of feta and put this on top of the bread with the chopped tomatoes.
Stick an olive onto a toothpick.
Roll the salami and stick onto the toothpick, then use the toothpick to pinch the cheese and the bread.
