The perfect combination of salami and gherkins, added with the smoothness of cream cheese.

You can also replace the salami with some other sausage if you want. Just try out different combinations until you find the one that you like!

  1. Cover the slices of bread in cream cheese.
  2. Finely chop the chives and sprinkle the squares of toast with the chopped chives.
  3. Season with some salt and black pepper.
  4. Add one slice of salami on each square of toast.
  5. Skewer a pickle onto a toothpick and then through the salami and the toast.
