Rolls of Spanish Ham with Asparagus (Rollitos de Jamon con Asparragos)

The Spanish love their asparagus – whether fresh or canned. You can use either green and white asparagus, whichever you prefer.

Or why not just use both? Also tastes great with cooked ham.

  • 8 Asparagus Green or White, whatever you prefer

Instructions
  1. Peel and cook the asparagus until tender.
  2. Let it cool down and then roll a slice of ham around each asparagus.
  3. Cut into bitesize pieces and serve.
