Salmon and Cream Cheese Pintxos (Rollitos de Salmon y Queso)

Fantastically smooth and fulfilling combination of smoked salmon and cream cheese.
Be sure to leave it in the fridge long enough to stiffen up the cheese, otherwise eating will become very difficult!
Perfect with a nice cool glass of white wine.

Ingredients
- 3-4 slices smoked salmon (depending on size)
- 200 gr. cream cheese 7 oz.
- Chives (fresh)
- garlic
- Black Pepper
- Toothpicks

Instructions
- Cut the chives into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese with the chives.
- Using a garlic press, add the garlic to the mixture, as well as some black pepper.
- Use a fork to mix everything.
- Take the smoked salmon and lay it on a flat surface.
- Add some cream cheese mixture on top and carefully roll the salmon.
- Cut into bite-size pieces and skewer with a toothpick to keep everything in place.
