Sliced Bread with Anchovy and Egg (Montado de Anchoa con Huevo)

Easy to make and easier to eat! If the the anchovies are too salty, wash them in milk to remove the excess salt.

You can also use toast if you don’t mind the extra work of toasting the bread.

Instructions
  1. Boil the eggs until hard.
  2. Sprinkle some olive oil onto the slices of bread.
  3. Take a leaf of lettuce (cut to size) and put it onto the bread.
  4. On top of the lettuce, place a slice of egg (or two, depending on the size) and on top of the egg place 1-2 anchovy.
  5. Decorate with some parsley.
