- 4 slices jamon Spanish ham
- 4 slices Crusty bread like baguette
- 1-2 tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- Sprinkle some olive oil onto the slices of bread.
- Cut the tomatoes in slices and put the slices on the bread.
- Season with some salt and pepper.
- Add the ham on top and serve!
Recipe Notes
Tip: you can also replace the ham with some nice cheese like Manchego!
