Sliced bread with tomato, tumaca sauce and Spanish ham (jamon)

- 4 slices jamon Spanish ham
- 4 slices Crusty bread like baguette
- fresh coriander
- 1 tomato
- 1 small onion
- Tumaca sauca
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
- Black Pepper

Instructions
- Slice the bread and toast it.
- Finely chop the coriander and slice the onion into rings.
- On the toasted bread, sprinkle some olive oil, then spread some tumaca and sprinkle with some chopped coriander.
- Now, put the jamon on the bread and decorate with some onion rings and 1-2 very thin slices of tomato.
- You can add some more coriander for decoration.
