Sliced bread with tomato and Spanish ham (jamon)

  1. Slice the bread and toast it.
  2. Finely chop the coriander and slice the onion into rings.
  3. On the toasted bread, sprinkle some olive oil, then spread some tumaca and sprinkle with some chopped coriander.
  4. Now, put the jamon on the bread and decorate with some onion rings and 1-2 very thin slices of tomato.
  5. You can add some more coriander for decoration.

Tip: Don’t like coriander? Try basil instead!
