Roasted pork belly – my favorite!

Can also be prepared as a full-fledged sandwich, just don’t slice it into portions.

Makes a great, full-fledged lunch!

  1. Cut the bread in half and put tumaca on the bottom half and sprinkle to top half with some olive oil.
  2. Now, add the slices of cheese and the pork belly.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add a slice of tomato and lettuce and cut into portions.
