Instructions
  1. Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and slice into small pieces.
  2. Boil them in a pan with some water until done, this takes about 20-30 minutes.
  3. When done, remove the pan from the fire and add the coconut milk and one heaped TBSP of curcuma.
  4. Using a hand blender, mix until smooth.
  5. Add salt and pepper according to taste.
  6. Serve decorated with some fresh coriander leaves.
Recipe Notes

Tip: like it hot? Add some Tabasco!
