- 500 gr. pumpkin 17.6 oz
- 10 cl. coconut milk
- Curcuma
- Salt
- Black Pepper
- Some fresh coriander leaves

Instructions
- Peel the pumpkin, remove the seeds and slice into small pieces.
- Boil them in a pan with some water until done, this takes about 20-30 minutes.
- When done, remove the pan from the fire and add the coconut milk and one heaped TBSP of curcuma.
- Using a hand blender, mix until smooth.
- Add salt and pepper according to taste.
- Serve decorated with some fresh coriander leaves.

Tip: like it hot? Add some Tabasco!
