This is a classic and very easy to prepare. The secret lies in finding a good ham, and slicing it thinly. When you store it in a fridge, do not immediately serve it after you have removed it from the fridge. Let is stand for 20-30 minutes so that the jamon attains room temperature. The flavour will come out much more if it is served at ambient temperature. Serve the thin slices in lengths of 4-6 cms (2-3 inches) with some bread.
