Stuffed Fish Rolls (Rollitos de Pescado Rellenos)

Surprisingly, this is very popular with kids! The fish rolls are a great snack and easy to make.

For a more refreshing touch, you can also use raw paprika or replace them with cucumber.

Instructions
  1. Boil the fish fillets in boiling water for about 3-5 minutes (depending on the type and thickness).
  2. Once cooked, remove and let it cool.
  3. Cut the paprika into thin slices.
  4. Lightly fry them in a pan with olive oil until they are soft.
  5. Remove and let cool.
  6. When everything has cooled down, take the fish and cut into strips.
  7. Put the vegetables on the strips and roll them.
  8. Use a toothpick to hold everything together.
  9. Sprinkle with some olive oil, vinegar, salt and black pepper.
