Ingredients
- 200 gr fish roe (trout or salmon) 7 oz., usually 1 can
- 4 slices soft white bread
- 2 TBSP creme fraiche
- 1 lemon

Instructions
- Remove the crust from the bread and cut into small pieces.
- In a bowl, add the bread, fish roe, creme fraiche and the juice of the lemon.
- Blend everything until you have a smooth, even mixture.
- Leave to cool in the fridge for 1 hour and remove just before serving.
Recipe Notes
Tip: if you make it the day before and leave it in the fridge over night, the flavor will be more intense!
