Cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella Brochettes

Cherry tomatoes and Mozzarella Brochettes
  1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  2. Cut the basil and mix with 4-5 Tbsp of olive oil.
  3. Skewer half a cherry tomato, followed by one mozzarella ball and another cherry tomato.
  4. Sprinkle the brochettes with the basil/oil mixture and add some black pepper and salt according to taste.
Recipe Notes

Tip: want to use this as a starter? Just make it larger by increasing the quantities. You can also use different coloured cherry tomatoes for a different look!
